Ann Kirk was born in New York City in 1894. After high school school she joined the Ziegfeld Follies. The lovely dancer spent three seasons with the show. She was five feet, four inches tall with olive skin and black hair. Ann was signed by Essanay studios in 1915. She was given the lead in several films including Folly, A Rose Of Italy, and The Quitter. In her spare time she enjoyed riding horses and watching baseball. Unfortunately her career didn't last long. Her final film was the 1916 short A Traitor To Art.
