Patsy Farnum Nude

Patsy Farnum was a blonde starlet who had a brief career in the 1930s

She was born Mary Ellen Boelzner on June 18, 1912 in Athens, Ohio. Her father, John Boelzner, was a traveling salesman. In 1926 her mother, Maude Boelzner, was arrested for stealing a diamond ring. Soon after her family moved to Burbank, California. Patsy made her film debut in the 1929 Laurel & Hardy comedy Double Whoopee (she used the stage name Myrna Belzner). Then she was offered a five year contract at Warner Brothers. She was given bit parts in the films Footlight Parade, 42nd Street, and Dames. Unfortunately her career never took off and she decided to quit acting. In 1934 she married Edward Brown, an aspiring actor. They moved in with her parents but by 1941 they had divorced. Patsy married Elliot Bennett, a civil engineer, on December 13, 1941. The couple, who never had children, moved to las Vegas, Nevada. Tragically on March 5, 1963 she died from a heart attack. She was only fifty years old. Patsy was buried at Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery Las Vegas, Nevada.
